Disappointed!

I bought two sets of the Ivy lights, which I love - when they work! One set works but one doesn’t. I’ve emailed Sparkle who haven’t replied but have managed to ask me twice to complete a review! I would be happy to upgrade my rating if and when I receive a satisfactory response to my email.
